Her career journey spans experience working with pharmaceutical giants such as Wockhardt (Chronic portfolio), Zydus (Cardio &. Diabeto portfolio) , Macleods (Acute business -Gastro & Anti-infectives), and Alkem (Nutraceuticals & Gastro products), where she honed her expertise across quality control, sales and marketing, business development, and strategic operations.Her tenure at a CRO offered her a unique perspective on contract research and process optimisation, while her leadership in managing her family business added hands-on management and strategic planning experience.

 

A pharmacist by training and an entrepreneur at heart, Paulomi complements her technical background in business administration, equipping her with the tools to navigate complex industry challenges.
